This site, aechrom.com, is run by Aichrom Private Limited, a company registered in India ("AECHROM", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form. This includes requesting a homepage mock, free concepts or an automation audit. We collect what you type: your name, email address, and any optional details such as your company, website, industry and message.
When you visit. We record basic page-view information: the page visited, the referring page, the time, and general device and browser type. This is used only to understand how the site is used. It is collected by our own systems; we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for.
- To follow up about that enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions and page-view records are stored on our own servers, hosted with Amazon Web Services. Email is handled through our email provider. We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. After that, we delete them or keep them only as required by law. Page-view records are kept in summary form.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent
- raise a grievance
